Match: Manchester United v Arsenal
Venue: Old Trafford, Manchester
Date: December 6, 2018
Time: 01:30 IST
The Premier League action shifts to the iconic Old Trafford in Manchester on Wednesday night as the Red Devils take on an in-form Arsenal side in what promises to be a cracking contest.
Manchester United have had a roller-coaster of a season as their form has been hot and cold throughout. They are now on a three game winless run and are placed seventh on the points table after drawing with Southampton last time around.
Arsenal, on the other hand, have only improved after their back to back losses early on in the season. Their 4-2 victory over Spurs in the last match sums up the kind of form they are in. They are now placed fourth in the points table with 8 points more than United. So, the Red Devils will be desperate to close down the gap between them.

DREAM 11 TEAM FORMATION APPROACH
Manchester United have conceded more goals in this season than they normally do and the trend is expected to continue as they meet an in-form Arsenal front-line. So, load up on Arsenal forwards and mid-fielders. Also, don’t forget to pick Manchester players who have scoring potential. Go light on defence as this promises to be a high scoring encounter with multiple goals. So, I have gone with five United players and six Arsenal players and have fitted them into a 3-4-3 formation.
COMBINED DREAM 11 TEAM
David de Gea (8.5 Cr) – Manchester United
de Gea is not only the best keeper in this match but one of the best in entire Premier League history. Although Arsenal attack is dangerous, we can expect him to earn plenty of save points even if he fails to keep a clean sheet.
Hector Bellerin (8.5 Cr) – Arsenal
Sead Kolasinac (8.5 Cr) – Arsenal
Chris Smalling (8.5 Cr) – Manchester United
Bellerin has flourished in his full back role for Arsenal and will continue to lead the charge down the flanks. Kolasinac plays more up front and hence he stands a chance to earn points from goals and assists. Smalling always makes his presence felt in the United defence and is dangerous in set pieces.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan (9.5 Cr) – Arsenal
Lucas Torreira (8.5 Cr) – Arsenal
Anthony Martial (9.5 Cr) – Manchester United
Ander Herrera (8 Cr) – Manchester United
Mkhitaryan and Torreira have been excellent in the mid-field for Arsenal in the last few matches and are expected to continue their good work. Martial has been amongst the goals for United and they will expect him to come good. Herrera has found the back of the net in the last match and hence wills start in all probability this time as well.
Pierre-Emerick-Aubameyang (10.5 Cr) – Arsenal
Alexandre Lacazette (10 Cr) – Arsenal
Romelu Lukaku (10 Cr) – Manchester United
Aubameyang and Lacazette have set the league on fire with their partnership up front for Arsenal. They score on most occasions and with United defence leaking goals this season, they are expected to increase their tally. Lukaku is slowly getting into the groove and will want to perform well in this match.
